I have spent more than twenty-five years leading and developing leaders in some of the most complex organizational and cultural environments in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. I have worked alongside women carrying enormous responsibility: guiding strategy, building mission-driven initiatives from scratch, and navigating institutions that demanded both excellence and cultural intelligence.
With over 4,000 hours of executive coaching experience and sixteen years in professional coaching, I bring a global lens to every engagement. My work integrates structural insight, leadership development, and systems-level thinking. I do not offer surface solutions. I help leaders think clearly, act decisively, and build what lasts.
I am not a background builder. I am not a long-term stabilizer. I am an ignition point called in when a leader has reached their threshold and something new must be built with integrity, urgency, and depth.
If you hold meaningful responsibility and are ready to examine both strategy and structure, not just symptoms, you are in the right place.
WHAT I BRING
Global Cross-Cultural Leadership
Over two decades of leadership experience across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific means I understand how culture, power, identity, and context shape decision-making in ways most executive coaches never encounter. I help leaders build strategies that translate across differences, not collapse under them.
Structural Strategy and Systems Change
This is not surface-level coaching. Together, we examine the systems, power dynamics, and narratives shaping your organization. The goal is not a temporary performance boost. It is structural clarity, the kind that creates sustainable impact and does not require your constant overextension to maintain.
Centered Leadership for Women of Color
I work with women who carry significant responsibility and are ready to lead without fragmentation. We strengthen executive presence, decision-making, and authority from a place of identity integration, not performance pressure. The result is leadership that is grounded, strategic, and fully aligned with who you are.

I began working with Keisa during a season of disruption on many levels in my life. When we started, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of my next steps. In a short amount of time, something within me settled, and I regained a sense of clarity about where I was and what this season was asking of me. Keisa created a safe space, offered keen insights, and provided an encouraging voice when I needed it most.

You do not need another program. You need alignment, strategy, and the courage to build differently.
I work at the level of my actual value, and I expect the same from the leaders I partner with.
